Job summary

Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a friendly Server to guide guests through our elevated comfort-food menu and craft cocktails in a fast-paced, upscale Tampa setting. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate orders and timely service, while delivering warm hospitality from seating to check-out.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume environments, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure; open availability for nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• Previous experience required serving in a fast-paced, upscale, high-volume restaurant.
• Must have open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of menu ingredients and daily specials.
• Awareness of allergies and cross-contamination protocols.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and intention, ensuring a strong first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and genuine knowledge of each dish and cocktail.
• Present daily specials and answer questions to build excitement.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and seamlessly.
• Bridge between kitchen and guest to ensure dishes arrive as ordered.
• Assist with and narrate finishing presentations that elevate the dining experience.
• Process checks and payments with a warm, efficient close to the visit.
• Pitch in wherever needed to support the team.
