Job summary

Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a friendly server to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Previous server experience preferred; a high school diploma and completion of our training course are required. You will work in a fast-paced setting, maintaining clean tables and accurate order details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Must successfully complete restaurant’s training course.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they are seated; ensure the table is clean and utensils, napkins, and other needs are provided.
• Distribute menus and present the daily specials.
• Answer questions regarding the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers.
• Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to customers’ satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen.
• Collect plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
• Prepare customers’ checks and collect payments.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
