Job summary

Ole Times Country Buffet is seeking a friendly server to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. You will guide guests through the menu, take and deliver orders, and ensure accurate payments while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates value teamwork and guest satisfaction, with the ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced dining environments.
• Experience in waitstaff or food service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS.
• Serve dishes and beverages timely and accurately.
• Handle payments and provide receipts and change.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of tables and stations.
• Work opening/closing shifts and assist teammates.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards.
