Job summary

Ole Times Country Buffet is seeking a Food Runner to support front-of-house operations, delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. You will help maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist with deliveries to ensure smooth service.

Knowledge of menu items supports accuracy and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with waitstaff, kitchen, and management, perform opening/closing duties, and participate in a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs).
• Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Greet guests, maintain cleanliness, and stock condiments and utensils.
• Assist with receipt, storage, and organization of deliveries; manage inventory.
• Know menu items and condiments to aid accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Open/close duties and secure outdoor areas; report safety concerns.
