Job summary

Ole Times Country Buffet is seeking a Server for dinner service to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, explain menu items, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

A positive, professional appearance is expected for evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include POS-based order entry, processing payments, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Previous waitstaff or food service experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, using menu knowledge to explain offerings and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system quickly.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Handle payments accurately and provide receipts and change.
• Maintain clean tables and dining area; assist with setup and cleanup at shift start/end.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies to provide a safe dining environment.
