Palisociety is seeking a friendly Server for Le Petit Pali at 8th Ave in Carmel-by-the-Sea. From morning coffee to evening social hours, you will help guests feel welcome and well cared for.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a server.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and point-of-sale systems.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Manage cash and operate Micros POS.
• Assist with side-work and station cleanup.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.
