Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and the ability to exceed guests' expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to take initiative.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Mobility for at least 4 hours and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and interacts with every guest to create a friendly upbeat work environment.
• Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested.
• Take guests orders and input them correctly in the POS using the write, repeat and review rule.
• Serve food and beverages using the Applebee’s TEAM delivery system.
• Pre bus tables and sweep the surrounding area to keep it clean and comfortable.
• Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS.
• Completes daily cleaning tasks and maintains a clean, safe working environment.
• Anticipate guests' needs to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience.
