Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Servers at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Server, you will represent our restaurant and provide outstanding service, creating memorable experiences for guests.

This is a tipped position with base pay of $6.84 per hour; tips vary by shift. Benefits include weekly pay, health options, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and credit card transactions.
• One year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, take orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Enter orders into POS and process payments, deliver checks.
• Collaborate with other servers, kitchen and bar staff.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep areas clean and organized.
