Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Bussers to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Busser, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs within the dining room.

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Qualifications

• Requires strong time management and the ability to set priorities in a fast-paced dining room.
• Ability to respond to changing needs and guest requests while maintaining service quality.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check in with management for daily assignments and pre-shift briefings.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.
• Support overall dining room operations during service.
