Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Restaurant Cashiers to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. You will collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen staff to facilitate transactions, monitor orders, and provide outstanding guest service while ensuring accurate change and payments.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
• No high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen team to track orders, validate payments, complete transactions, and provide correct change
• Count money in cash drawers at the start of shifts
• Scan items and ensure pricing is correct; resolve discrepancies and process payments
• Clean checkout area and keep receipts paper and stationery stocked
• Maintain accurate tabs on restaurant tables’ orders using the POS system
