Qualifications

• Greet guests and monitor dining experience, responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain menu knowledge and answer questions about food, beverages, and dietary restrictions.
• Perform side work and keep service areas clean throughout the shift.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and report gratuities per IRS requirements.
• Positive energy and teamwork.
• Must be 18+ with at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication with managers, staff, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience; respond promptly and courteously to requests.
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about our food, beverages, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services.
• Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout shift.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with IRS standards.
