Qualifications

• At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with payment processing and basic math skills.
• Dedicated, dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable, problem-solving mindset with consistent attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with kitchen for order accuracy and timely service.
• Process payments including cash and card transactions.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage multiple tables and sidework duties.
