As a Server, you will handle food and beverage service, maintain menu knowledge, assist guests with recommendations, and work with a close-knit team to keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving is highly recommended.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with basic math for handling guest payments.
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and resolve issues.
• Stamina to stand/move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare dining areas and service stations for service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and with a friendly approach, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
• Assist team members to ensure smooth operation during all hours.
• Take accurate orders and communicate with bar/kitchen staff.
• Process guest payments accurately and record transactions in the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service areas and report safety concerns.
• Restock dining room and bar items as needed and inform management of low inventory.
