This is a tipped position. You will work in a fast-paced environment, support during busy shifts, and collaborate with servers, chefs and management to ensure outstanding service for guests.

Qualifications

• Clear and courteous communication with team and guests.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail in all areas of the dining room.
• Team-oriented mindset to support servers and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests finish meals.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and condiments.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, refilling water, and providing other items as needed.
• Maintain dining room, service stations, and restrooms in a clean, stocked state.
• Assist with stocking napkins, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Support during peak hours to ensure tables turn quickly.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to run the restaurant smoothly.
