Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining service in a busy hotel restaurant. You will engage with guests, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure accuracy and presentation while maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations, especially during peak hours.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience and timely service.
