Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Greensboro, NC is seeking a personable Server to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and help guests enjoy a memorable visit.

Requirements include being at least 18, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and completion of TIPs and Food Handlers training within 30 days. Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or as required by state liquor laws.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).
• Preferred: Previous serving or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests and ensure they are comfortable.
• Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly.
• Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations.
