Job summary

The Old Spaghetti Factory in Westminster, CO is seeking servers to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. You’ll interact with guests, provide menu recommendations, take and deliver orders, and process payments in the POS with accuracy and care.

We value a friendly, detail-oriented approach, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail; you notice the little details because they matter.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment.
