Qualifications

• Greet guests within one minute of seating.
• Enter orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide alcohol service according to policy and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
• Assist hosts and answer phones when needed.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and upsell desserts and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of seating and remain attentive.
• Host/seat guests and coordinate with servers for smooth table turnover.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages courteously and promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns with management when needed.
• Process payments accurately and reset tables for the next guests.
