Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is staffing a front-of-house server role for a Buffalo Wild Wings location in Speedway, IN. The position requires delivering exceptional guest service, taking and processing orders, and leveraging product knowledge to upsell while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills, plus basic math and POS experience.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions to Guests and up-sell.
• Knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform Guests.
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve Guests and create a personalized experience.
• Skill in time management and organization with attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
• Conflict management skills and emotional intelligence to resolve guest issues.
• RAS procedures per state and federal laws.
