Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Prior experience in a server or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and personal customer-service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and reliability with schedules

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Suggest menu items, beverages, and promotions
• Deliver food and drinks with quality and timely service
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and POS areas
