Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly server to create a memorable dining experience in our Applebee's setting. You will deliver food and drinks, greet guests, and ensure guest needs are met with a smile.

You will relay orders via POS, suggest menu items, and handle payments while maintaining a clean, upbeat dining room and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Able to transport items and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and provide ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to bar and kitchen via the POS system.
• Observe guests and respond to needs or requests.
• Present guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Clear and reset dining room tables.
