Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences at events and daily service. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a memorable guest experience with a focus on quality service and safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of menu items, supporting cleanliness of service areas, and adhering to safety guidelines. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in food service is preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests according to orders and menu.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products.
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests’ identification.
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs.
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
