Job summary

Supreme Dumplings is hiring front-of-house staff in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will provide friendly service, handle inquiries, and help guests understand our bamboo-steamed Xiao Long Bao offerings and menu.

Responsibilities include educating guests about the dishes, assisting with bar service, and maintaining dependable attendance. We value punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in food service or related field.
• Strong verbal communication and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Permit.
• Alcohol serving license preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service and maintain a calm, positive demeanor at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Educate and engage guests about ramen, our menu, and the Kizuki brand.
• Perform basic bar duties, including pouring beer, wine, sake, and other beverages.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Arrive punctually and maintain reliable attendance.
• Support teammates and perform other duties as assigned.
