Job summary

Supreme Dumplings in Lynnwood, WA is seeking both part-time and full-time Servers to join our team. The base hourly rate is $19.00–$21.00 plus tips, with average total pay ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on shifts and performance.

As a Taiwanese restaurant rooted in tradition, we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn about our Xiao Long Bao and other small bites while delivering memorable dining experiences to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have valid food handler’s permit; alcohol serving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Follow Supreme Dumplings policies and procedures.
• Be punctual and on-time.
• Assist in basic bar duties and educate guests about ramen and the brand.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Follow Supreme Dumplingspolicies and procedures
• Be punctual and on-time.
• Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor.
• Educate and engage guests about ramen and the Supreme Dumplings kibrand.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A min of 1 years’ experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers’ needs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have valid food handler’s permit, alcohol serving license preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• 18+ years of age
