Job summary

Cloudland at McLemore Resort seeks a friendly restaurant server to provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to guests. You will greet guests, take orders, memorize menu items, and ensure a clean dining area throughout service.

Responsibilities include restocking, handling payments, and maintaining professional appearance. We support a team-focused environment with competitive pay and benefits as outlined in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three to six months experience in a food/beverage service environment.
• TIPs certification for trained service.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders.
• Complete restocking and cleaning duties as instructed.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant and service areas to meet health standards.
• Handle payments and document guest checks accurately.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
