Job summary

Quorum Hospitality's Indian Wells Resort Hotel in Indian Wells, CA is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be at the heart of guest service, greeting customers, describing menus, and taking and delivering orders with accuracy.

Hourly pay is $16.90. Ideal candidates have prior F&B experience, a high school diploma, and active Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications.
• Prior F&B experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
• Able to operate the POS computer system.
• Knowledge of call and well brand liquors, wines, and beers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, service-oriented guest experiences.
• Present menus and nightly specials, describe items, answer questions, and upsell.
• Offer beverage service, including presenting, serving, and proper glassware.
• Enter orders, process payments, and reconcile receipts.
• Set up and break down tables and service areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and hotel policies; verify guest age.
