Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Front-of-House Server to guide guests through a memorable experience. You will take orders, run food, handle payments at a POS, check IDs for guests who look under 30, and demonstrate responsible alcohol service while maintaining a clean station and knowledge of the menu.

You will create memorable experiences, upsell through proven techniques, answer questions accurately, and help with opening/closing duties as well as directing guests to areas.
