Mikey's is seeking a part-time server to deliver exceptional guest service in Portage County. You will greet guests, answer calls, and maintain a clean, organized dining area while coordinating with the team to ensure smooth service.

Applicants should understand the menu, work professionally with coworkers, and be reliable for scheduled shifts with appropriate notice for illness or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Answer phone per restaurant needs and guidelines
• Bus and set tables as needed
• Anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Possess a fundamental industry knowledge with the willingness to grow ‘beyond the basics’
• Possess a full understanding of food menu items
• Work professionally with fellow employees
• Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process
• Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
• Perform side work and weekly cleaning as defined by the Server Cleaning Guide
• Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
• Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed
• Execute thorough open and closes
• Greet guests at host stand per restaurant needs
