Job summary

Wild Horse Pass Resort and Casino in Chandler, AZ is seeking a guest-facing team member for a fast-paced bar/restaurant role. The position pays $12.15 per hour plus tips and requires a high school diploma and strong guest service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar/restaurant/nightclub preferred.
• In-depth wine and alcohol knowledge preferred.
• Must acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Answers menu or beverage questions posed by guests.
• Maintains knowledge of the dining or beverage menu and any special items being offered.
• Observes guests and anticipates needs and completes all steps of service as assigned.
• Builds and maintains knowledge of food and beverage offerings to answer questions accurately.
• Maintains a dependable work attendance record with punctuality.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
