Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Server to join our hotel’s food and beverage team. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service with a positive attitude.

Starting pay is $12.00–$13.00 per hour plus tips, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. This full-time position offers breakfast and lunch shifts. We provide team culture, on-the-job training, paid time off, travel discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience as a server or in the food and beverage industry is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely service with a positive, professional attitude.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
• Serve meals and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, assist with resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
