Raymond Management Company in Chicago is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to join our hotel dining team. The role offers a starting hourly wage of $12.00-$13.00 based on experience, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

As a server you will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service with a positive, professional attitude. You will provide menu recommendations and answer questions to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Previous server experience is a plus, but training available.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely service with a positive, professional attitude.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the menu.
• Serve meals and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, assisting with resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.

We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as carrying trays of food and beverages.
• Previous experience as a server or in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
