Gordon Ramsay Burger - Chicago is seeking a Server Assistant who will provide exceptional hospitality and support to servers and guests in a fast-paced dining room. You will manicure active tables, clear and reset, and help maintain a pristine environment throughout the dining area.

You will collaborate with Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure plate integrity and timely service, while acting as the bridge between guests and the kitchen to safeguard timing and readiness of tables.

Responsibilities

• Manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing and resetting vacant tables.
• Maintain a pristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters.
• Work in tandem with Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure plate integrity and prompt service.
• Act as a liaison between guests and kitchen to protect service timing and table readiness.
