Hell's Kitchen- MIA is seeking a Server Assistant to provide Gordon Ramsay standard hospitality and support to our guests in Florida. You will manage active tables, clear and reset sections, and help maintain a pristine dining area while coordinating with Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure timely service.

You will act as a bridge between guests and the kitchen, aiding in plate integrity and service timing.

Responsibilities

• Manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing and resetting vacant tables.
• Maintaining a pristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters.
• Work in tandem with the Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure plate integrity and prompt service of meals to guests.
• Act as a liaison between the guest and kitchen to protect service timing and table readiness.
