Hell's Kitchen- MIA is seeking a Server Assistant to provide Gordon Ramsay standard hospitality and support to our guests in Florida. You will manage active tables, clear and reset sections, and help maintain a pristine dining area while coordinating with Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure timely service.

You will act as a bridge between guests and the kitchen, aiding in plate integrity and service timing.

• Manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing and resetting vacant tables.
• Maintaining a pristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters.
• Work in tandem with the Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure plate integrity and prompt service of meals to guests.
• Act as a liaison between the guest and kitchen to protect service timing and table readiness.

Job description

Our Server Assistants are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Server Assistant enriches the guest's experiences by performing key support tasks and working in tandem with the Servers. Duties include manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing and resetting vacant tables. The Server Assistant will maintain a pristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters. This position will work in tandem with the Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure plate integrity and prompt service of meals to the guests. Additionally, will act as a liaison, communicating between the guest and kitchen, to protect service timing and table readiness.
