Ramsay’s Kitchen in Boston is seeking a friendly, professional Server Assistant to help deliver the Gordon Ramsay standard of hospitality. You will clear and reset tables, ensure a polished dining room, and collaborate closely with servers and the kitchen to keep meals flowing smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring a team-first attitude, strong organization, and attention to detail. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required; flexible schedules and growth opportunities are offered.

Our Server Assistants help deliver the Gordon Ramsay standard of hospitality by supporting the servers and creating a smooth dining experience for every guest. They clear and reset tables, make sure the dining room looks perfect, and work closely with servers and the kitchen team to ensure plates are served quickly and with care.
