• Support dining room service by keeping tables stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and delivering food.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining room, and communicate table readiness to the team.
• Follow safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining area.
• Work as part of a team, placing guests and colleagues first.
