Job summary

Aramark United States is looking for a friendly Server to create an exceptional guest experience. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and aim to build memorable moments for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have server or food service experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a solid understanding of food safety practices. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a food service role preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to orders or banquet menu.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and other offerings.
• Keeps food service areas clean and presentable during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products as needed.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checking IDs.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guests’ needs.
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes service areas and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests, clients, and coworkers.
• Follows Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
