Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Roseville, CA seeks an experienced server to ensure guests have an engaging dining experience from seating to departure. You will greet guests with a warm smile, take accurate orders, provide product knowledge, and upsell items in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• California Food Handler Card required prior to first shift.
• Responsible Beverage Services (RBS) certification required prior to orientation.
• Pass our server knowledge and competencies test.
• Basic math skills and ability to make change.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.
• Accurately take and relay orders; ensure timely delivery.
• Handle payments, cash and receipts, and reconcile at shift end.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and assist teammates as needed.
• Upsell OTP merchandise and manage tip-out per policy.
