Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and present menus while explaining daily specials
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must obtain food handlers card and alcohol beverage service cards as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and mention special items.
• Enter orders on the POS system and note any special requests.
• Coordinate with bus person, kitchen, and bar staff for smooth service.
• Serve food and beverages in sequence of service and check guest satisfaction.
• Open and pour wine tableside and maintain proper grooming standards.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining station par levels and assist with telephones and transactions.
• Print closing report and handle cash deposits per guidelines.
