Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Server in Plano, TX. You will provide best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues, and guests, ensuring orders, dietary needs, and service standards are met with hospitality.

This role may be part-time or full-time, with an hourly pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 and weekly direct deposit, plus a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Deliver food and beverages, accommodating special diets as required.
• Engage with residents to obtain orders and explain menu items.
• Ensure residents are satisfied and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and set up/breakdown of meal periods.
• Assist in supporting culinary staff at various stations.
