Out West Restaurant Group is hiring in California for an hourly, non-exempt role. You will deliver friendly, attentive service, upsell menu items, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand/walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
• Manual dexterity for glassware and POS.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, attentive service guided by guest preferences.
• Know menu items and confidently upsell and suggest items.
• Prepare food and condiments per Outback standards.
• Deliver and clear orders; bussing tables and maintaining WOW experiences.
• Uphold high standards of food safety, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Support all restaurant areas as needed.
