Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate (GED) or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in food service preferred.
• Alcohol service training preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
• Guest/customer relations training preferred.
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Good English language skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables.
• Present menus and upsell when appropriate.
• Take orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure health, safety, and brand policies.
