Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly and professional server to take and serve food and beverages at our Kansas City location. You will greet guests, explain specials, take orders, and ensure accurate entry into the POS system while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of liquor regulations, a Food Handler Card, and a TABC license. You’ll work a varied schedule, with opportunities to upsell desserts and specialty coffees, while upholding safety and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in process of certification.
• Valid TABC license.
• Basic knowledge of English for customer inquiries.
• Ability to memorize and promote menu items.
• Basic beverage equipment operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record and repeat orders to ensure accuracy; input into POS.
• Deliver orders and beverages to guests with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and set-up of station; assist team as needed.
• Follow liquor regulations and safety procedures; upsell desserts and coffees.
