Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide courteous, efficient service and create a welcoming dining environment at our Irving, TX property. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, upsell, maintain tables, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school education, alcohol awareness certification, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Full-time opportunities with benefits are available, and on-site dining is expected.

Qualifications

High school education or related experience.
Alcohol awareness certification and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements.
Take food and beverage orders, note dietary restrictions, and input orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks to tables with proper presentation and accuracy.
Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables promptly between guests, and manage condiments.
Upsell appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience and sales.
