Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer-service related job.
• Valid driver's license without major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be a certified security professional (VA Unarmed Security Officer/Courier, aka DCJS) by the state of Virginia or obtain certification within 60 days of start/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Provide elevator and door assistance to all guests.
• Provide customer service and assistance to clients, customers, and visitors.
• Daily activity, access control, and incident reports generated daily.
• Observe and report all safety concerns.
• Patrol common areas and facilities.
• Open, manage, and close the facility per schedule.
