Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer-service related job.
• Valid driver’s license without major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be a certified security professional (VA Unarmed Security Officer/Courier, aka DCJS) by VA or obtain certification within 60 days of start date.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build relationships.
• Strong sense of urgency, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Provide elevator and door assistance to guests.
• Deliver customer service to clients, customers, and visitors.
• Prepare daily activity, access control, and incident reports.
• Observe and report safety concerns.
• Patrol common areas and oversee opening/closing activities.
• Ensure safety and security per Safety Manual and maintenance checklists.
• Investigate incidents and complete forms as directed.
• Record and track work using company software.
