Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation seeks a Security Ambassador to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service while performing assigned duties. You may work indoors or outdoors across the casino property as directed by Security Management.

Training in CPR/First Aid and other required programs is mandatory to ensure guest safety and compliance. The role requires strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and maintain confidentiality within the security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Security or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must have good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for guest arrivals and provide exceptional service.
• May be assigned to indoor or outdoor positions on Seneca Gaming Corporation property.
• Complete CPR/First Aid training and other required trainings.
• Report violations or situations to Security Management.
• Assist in investigations conducted by the company or local authorities.
