Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Security Ambassador in Salamanca, NY to welcome guests and provide exceptional service while adhering to company policies. The role may involve indoor or outdoor assignments and requires CPR/First Aid training plus ongoing security training.

Applicants should be 18+, preferably with a high school diploma and security or hospitality experience, strong observation and writing skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preference for high school diploma.
• Preference for security or hospitality/guest service experience.
• Must have good observation skills.
• Must have good writing and spelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming experience for guest arrival and provide exceptional guest service.
• May be assigned to indoor or outdoor positions throughout the property.
• Complete CPR/First Aid Training and other required trainings.
• Report violations or situations to Security Management.
• Assist investigations in non-Gaming capacity.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to information security policies.
• Maintain professional conduct with supervisors, managers and staff.
• Attend necessary meetings and complete trainings within nine months.
