Job summary

Gene Juarez Salons & Spas in the South Hill location is seeking a full-time Salon & Spa Coordinator to ensure guests feel welcome and to provide behind-the-scenes support for a consistent, delightful experience.

The role involves assisting artists, maintaining a clean, inviting environment, managing retail stock, and engaging guests at checkout. Compensation ranges $17.13–$18.00 per hour with full benefits and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit.
• Open scheduling availability, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support our artists so they have what they need to provide the best experience.
• Promote a warm, clean environment for our guests to enjoy.
• Assist with replacement of retail stock and signage.
