Job summary

This full-time Salon & Spa Coordinator role focuses on front-desk hospitality, retail organization, and assisting service artists to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The position emphasizes open evening/weekend scheduling, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Age 18+ and able to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit.
- Thrives in fast-paced environment with strong organization.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Detail oriented with accuracy in operations.
- Resilient and able to respond professionally in moment.
- Open scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests to convey a warm, friendly first impression.
- Support artists by preparing linens and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, inviting lobby and retail area.
- Assist with stocking and signage for retail products.
- Handle checkout interactions and ensure guests have a positive experience.
